This kit will be beginner-friendly for the aspiring home (or backcountry) chefs out there.

Menu components are created & prepared with love by chef Mark Singson. Some ingredients will be prepped for easy cooking and assembly.
Meat option:
Seared Salmon, snap peas, Dicky's Dumps Pork & Chives Dumplings, carrot puree, ginger scallion.
Baked Custard, pumpkin seeds, stone fruit, milk crumb.
Vegan option:
Braised tempeh, snap peas, Dicky's Dumps Veggie Dumplings, carrot puree, ginger scallion.
Dark chocolate mousse, pumpkin seeds, stone fruit.
